AIYM Career Week

Participants in AIYM Career Week enjoyed 3 packed days of hands on personal development at the Southwest Airlines Center (SWAC) in College Park, Georgia. Representatives from Southwest Airlines and the Atlanta Fire Rescue joined us for this 3 day event.  They each shared their journey to success and highlighted critical Leadership experiences that helped shape their perspective on life and their career. The students also gained valuable insight into the airline business while sitting in on operational performance meetings during their tour of the Southwest airport and Cargo facilities. Participants walked away from the 3 day session with an enhanced understanding of the business world, job search and interviewing  training and resources, a resume to kick off the summer job search, a life plan and much, much more.  We are grateful to Southwest Airlines and the Atlanta Fire Rescue for sharing in our commitment to help us Build Great Leaders.
